Property Edge is based at Grosvenor House, 11 St Paul's Square, Birmingham, B3 1RB — a c.1780 Grade II listed Georgian townhouse on the south side of Birmingham's last remaining Georgian square. The square itself was laid out from 1777 on the Colmore family's Newhall estate, centred on St Paul's Church (Grade I, consecrated 1779) — where Matthew Boulton and James Watt, the Birmingham industrialists who powered the first Industrial Revolution, kept their own pews.
We sit a ten-minute walk from Snow Hill station, on the northern edge of the Colmore Row business district and inside the Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area — Birmingham's creative-industry heartland, awarded World Craft City status in 2025. It's a fitting place for a property maintenance business: 250 years of Birmingham brickwork, sash windows and stone dressings on every side, all of it still in working order because somebody, every generation, looked after it properly.
