Reactive maintenance
One number. A coordinator triages the fault, the right trade is dispatched with the parts, and you get photo evidence on completion. Our general repairs rate applies.
Planned maintenance (PPM)
A scheduled programme for the building fabric — roofs and gutters, decoration, washrooms, doors, damp — so faults are caught before they cost you.
Out-of-hours & emergency
A 24/7 line for leaks, water ingress, lockouts and make-safe, typically within two hours across the Birmingham conurbation.

Do you do fit-outs as well as maintenance?+
Yes — commercial fit-out is a core service: offices, shops, cafés and restaurants, hotel rooms, care homes and communal areas, from strip-out to handover. Most fit-out clients then keep us on for maintenance.
Do you offer a maintenance contract?+
Yes — a planned maintenance agreement with agreed response times and monthly invoicing, or reactive-only on our standard rates. Most clients start reactive and move to planned.
Which areas do you cover for commercial work?+
Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and Wolverhampton with two-hour emergency response, and the wider West and East Midlands. Multi-site operators outside that footprint — ask; we travel for the right contract.
Can you work with principal contractors as a subcontractor?+
Yes — we're Constructionline Gold, CHAS and SafeContractor accredited and already deliver against schedule-of-rates contracts, so supply-chain onboarding is straightforward. Get in touch.
What about gas, electrical and fire compliance?+
Notifiable gas and electrical work goes through our vetted, certified partners at cost. We don't offer fire-system or legionella testing in-house — we'll tell you that up front rather than over-promise.
