Can you work outside office hours?+
Yes — evenings, weekends and bank holidays are standard for office work so your staff aren't disrupted. Out-of-hours reactive work is priced clearly up front; see our emergency callout rates.
Do you offer a maintenance contract, or is it job-by-job?+
Both. Many offices start job-by-job at our standard hourly rate, then move to a planned maintenance agreement with a single monthly invoice once they've seen how we work.
Can you fit out a new office as well as maintain it?+
Yes — commercial fit-out is a core part of what we do: partitioning, meeting rooms, receptions, kitchens, washrooms, flooring and decorating, project-managed to a fixed price.
What about electrical and gas work?+
Notifiable electrical and gas work is delivered through our vetted, certified partners and passed through at cost — you still deal with one contractor and one invoice.
