General repairs are booked in advance at our standard hourly rate — typically next-day or within the week, no callout fee. Emergency repairs are 24/7 rapid-response: same-day attendance, callout fee for the first hour, and a premium for out-of-hours. Use general for everything that can wait until tomorrow; use emergency when it can't.
Can I batch a snag list for a single visit?+
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Send a list and a few photos when booking, we'll tell you whether it's a half-day or full-day and quote a fixed price up front.
Do you work for letting agents?+
Yes — we're an approved contractor for several Midlands lettings agencies and property managers. Job-pack billing, photo handover, and direct tenant liaison on request.
